2015 GUSU PSUP Classic

Are you a lover of saltwater and sunshine? If you are the resident of a long-term rental in Destin or the surrounding area, we have the perfect event for you! This Saturday marks the final race of the 2015 GUSU PSUP Classic.

This summer paddle boarding series started in May and took place once a month through September. It is a family-friendly event that donates a portion of each fee to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. On top of that, each person who registers to participate in a race receives a free t-shirt.

If you are an experienced paddle boarder, you might be interested in participating in the 3 or 6 mile races. For those less experienced, there is a 1 mile beginner race. Children are welcome to participate for free, and everyone is encouraged to stay after for a fun-filled afternoon of games and demos. If you haven’t already made it out to one of the previous monthly events, swing by the Destin harbor and watch, or register to race in the GUSU PSUP Classic.
