Military Move-In Specials

Each year, we take a day to honor the men and women who have served and continue to serve in the armed forces. However, this year our Gulf Coast property managers have decided that one day is not enough.

So, we have been thinking about the different ways we can conclude Veteran’s Day and show our Military members the gratitude they deserve. We all know that we are the “home of the free because of the brave,” so we figured there’s no better way to say thanks than to help our brave find a home.

No, we are not just talking about offering an array of long term rentals in Destin, Fort Walton and Panama City for our military service members to choose from, but something a bit more innovative. We have decided to waive the application fee for all active duty members for the entire month.

That is not all, our friends at Pointe South Residential Leasing are doing the same with available rentals in Pensacola, Perdido Key and Fairhope.
