Restructured Property Management System
As we approach the upcoming 2015 year, we would like to thank both our owners and tenants at Southern Residential Leasing for continuing to trust us to represent and find you homes along the Gulf Coast.
Property management and upkeep is something we take very seriously and each one of our property mangers works diligently to exceed the superior standards we have promised you.
With that in mind, we are pleased to announce that we have restructured elements of our long term rental program to provide our owner and tenants with the personal attention they deserve.
Our Operations Manager, Rosanna Padova has been promoted and will now oversee Pointe South Residential Leasing‘s long term rental operations in Pensacola, Perdido Key, Fairhope and Mobile. She will continue to work with our managers locally, ensuring proper execution of companywide procedures. Likewise, we are also excited to tell you that Donna Adams has accepted the position of Portfolio Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and regional growth from Panama City to Navarre.
