Blues, Brews & BBQ in Destin
It’s going to be a beautiful weekend on the Gulf Coast, and if you rent a home in Destin or Fort Walton Beach, we have an event that’s perfect for getting out and enjoying it! This Saturday, bring your appetite to HarborWalk Village for Blues, Brews & BBQ.
This delicious event delivers on what the name promises. Local chefs will fire up their grills and smokers in order to prepare their best beef, pork and chicken BBQ for tasting and competition. And, trust us, you will want to be there when they start offering up samples for everyone to try.
In addition to the barbecue tasting, be sure to grab a frosty brew during the craft beer event. After all, you will need the perfect frosty beverage to wash down all that delicious grilled and smoked meat. Many favorite breweries will be on hand, including Abita, a regional favorite based out of New Orleans, LA. Live entertainment will also be taking place throughout the event from acts such as the Selwyn Birchwood Band, as well as the Sauce Boss, who will be back with his signature saucey blues music.
Blues, Brews and BBQ proceeds will benefit the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association who supports the next generation of hospitality professionals. Tickets are on sale now for $30 or can be purchased at the door for $35. Discounted prices for those under 21 are also available.
