The position will answer to our Portfolio Manager, Jim Stephens and handle day-to-day tasks of keeping our long term rentals in Mobile and surrounding areas in tip-top shape.
If you don’t like sitting in an office, or being chained to a desk, this is the job for you. Not only will you be in the field, completing work orders, but conducting inspections and property reports. A valid driver’s license is required, and CPO and HVAC certifications are preferred.
