Southern’s Office Locations

Our group of property managers in Northwest Florida is growing! With the addition of our new residential leasing General Manager, Joe Casal, and recent promotions of Rosanna Padova to Pointe South and Southern’s Operations Manager and Donna Adams to Portfolio Manager we have decided to switch up some office locations to further accommodate this growth.

While we still have some operating out of 4608 Opa Locka Lane in Destin, Florida, our primary office for long term rentals has been moved to 2010 US 98 #105 in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. This space will serve as the main office for all of our Okaloosa, Walton and Bay County operations.

Here you will find both Rosanna and Donna in addition to Krystle, our Leasing Administrator. Residential Leasing Property Manager, Erica Douglas will remain in the Fort Walton Beach office location and both Wendy Hayden and Joe Casal will remain in the Destin office location.

Neither the phone numbers nor the office hours have changed. Please feel to drop in and check out our new spaces.
