Welcome Nicole Bates!

At Southern Residential Leasing, we are fortunate enough to have an incredible team that works hard to exceed the superior standards that we have promised our owners and tenants.

As we continue to expand our long term rentals in Destin, South Walton, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Niceville and the surrounding areas, we are excited to have the opportunity to create new and evolving roles to give our clients the best support possible.

With this in mind, we are thrilled to announce that we have hired Nicole Bates as our newest Assistant Property Manager. In this new role, Nicole will train alongside our Property Managers, learning the ins and outs of the business until she takes over and managers her own set of properties.

Nicole recently moved to the area from Virginia and she loves spending time with her two beautiful children. We are so excited to have her on staff and look forward to an exciting season to come!
