5 Days Left to Apply: Military Housing Special

If you have not already searched our long term rentals in Mobile, Pensacola or Destin and applied for free, now is the time to do so! There are officially 5 days left in Southern’s semi-annual Military Housing Special, in which the standard $50.00 application fee is waived for all active duty military members and their families.

Since November 2014, Southern’s property managers have looked for different ways to honor the men and women of the armed forces. With so many military bases nearby – Tyndall Air Force Base, Duke, Hurlburt, Eglin, NAS Pensacola, NAS Panama City, Whiting Field, Corry Station and the Aviation Training Center in Mobile (the list goes on) – and so many members calling this area home, it seems like a no brainer to do what we can to help them find the perfect place to call home.

“Our Memorial Day and Veteran’s Day specials are something we all look forward to,” said Marie Babin, Southern Rentals and Real Estate’s Chief Operations Officer. “It’s a small way to say thank you in the grand scheme of things.”

Like the other move-in specials, this one started the first of the month and will run through Memorial Day, ending on Tuesday May 31, 2016. The application fee is waived entirely for the next five days for all active duty military members, so if there ares home or condos for rent in Destin, Pensacola, Fairhope or the surrounding cities, now is the time to apply!
