St. Patrick’s Day on the Emerald Coast
Join us near your Destin rental home this March to celebrate all things Irish. Whether you prefer parades or Celtic music, you can experience it all next week as the Emerald Coast celebrates the traditions of the Emerald Island.
On March 15, get ready for a whale of a time at Harborwalk Village’s Annual Grogg Games. This all-day Irish Street Festival is sure to bring out your inner Irishman with plenty of food, dancing and bagpipes. Competitions are open to children as well.
If you find yourself near the beaches of South Walton that day, check out 30A’s 7th Annual St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival. Come for the parade at 3:30pm and stay for all kinds of shenanigans, including drinks, food and face painting.
On March 17, wrap the week up with the St. Patty’s Day Delight at the Village of Baytowne Wharf. Paint the village green, listen to classic Irish tunes and enjoy traditional Irish treats.
No matter how you decide to spend the greenest day of the year, there is no better place to spend it than near some of the greenest waters along the Gulf Coast.
