Congratulations, Joe Casal!

Great things are happening at Southern Residential Leasing! As we are sure you all know, our General Manager, Joe Casal has revamped aspects of our Northwest Florida and Alabama property management program.

The year has been nothing short of exciting with everything from a company name change to personnel structures. With that said, we are pleased to announce that we feel confident in our structure and the ability to provide our owners and tenants with that same unparalleled service each was promised from the beginning.

The only thing is, we have one more piece of bittersweet news. Joe, is so confident with our property managers in place and the system at hand he has decided to accept a Sales Manager position within Southern’s vacation rental division. It’s bitter because he is saying goodbye to the Residential Leasing team this week, but sweet because he is (1) still a part of the Southern family of companies, and (2) we know he will work wonders within the Reservations department.

He would like to let you all know that “the decision to transfer was not easy, but [he] leaves you all in the trusted hands of our well-equipped property managers.” If you have any questions about Joe’s transfer, please contact your property manager.
