Handy Tips: Thanksgiving

So, now that you live in a spectacular Gulf Coast rental property, you’ve offered or been asked to host Thanksgiving. By now you probably have your plan together, but we’ve got a few last minute tips, just in case.

If you’ve decided to cook a turkey as opposed to order one, it can be daunting. Not only do you have to worry about basting versus brining, but there is the tucking of the wings, removing the bag inside and a whole slew of things to remember. Our recommendation? Whether they are yours,part of the family or your friends’ children, they will need to be entertained and out from under your feet. Be sure to provide a kid-friendly area, provide plenty of distractions and even find ways to get them involved in the prep. You will surely be in need of an extra set of hands, right?
