Meet Our Property Management Team!

We have an amazing long-term rental management team here at Southern Residential Leasing and we wanted to take a moment to introduce each dedicated member.

First up is our awesome Operations Manager, Rosanna. Rosanna has many years of experience in property management and joined our team in 2007. She has an active real estate license, as do many members of the long-term rental team. In addition to her knowledge and experience, she also happens to be a blast to work with, whether you’re an owner, tenant or coworker. Rosanna has two lovely Property Managers who work with her. Wendy oversees areas such as Destin and Fort Walton Beach, in addition to others throughout Northwest Florida. Wendy works closely with Donna Adams, our Property Manager who oversees northern areas of the Gulf Coast such as Crestview. Debbie is our spunky, fun Leasing Agent who works great in conjunction with the Lisa, our perpetually smiling Leasing Administrator.

Wendi Patterson heads our Forgotten Coast office as the General Manager and is your contact for long-term or short-term property management in Port St. Joe, Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas.
