Military Leasing Specials

We have good news! Our military leasing special on long term rentals in Crestview, Niceville, Destin, South Walton and Fort Walton Beach is back! Well, not officially, but beginning May 1 we will waive the application fee for all active duty members looking for homes in the area.

The campaign first kicked off in November in honor of Veteran’s Day and our Northwest Florida property managers thought it was so successful, they have reinstated the program through Memorial Day. All active duty members are eligible to apply. To do so, simply search available rentals, find the one you are interested in and fill out the application online. We will take care of the rest!
