Southern Welcomes New Residential Leasing General Manager
At Southern Residential Leasing it is our mission to exceed our customers’ and owners’ expectations by providing the highest quality experience and service along the Gulf Coast. We understand that our employees are our greatest assets in making this vision come to life.
As Southern continues to expand, we would like to welcome Joe Casal as the newest addition to the Southern family. Joe will act as Residential Leasing General Manager and oversee operations from Southern’s Northwest Florida long term rentals to Pointe South’s Coastal Alabama rentals.
With over 25 years of experience, Joe’s property management and hospitality industry knowledge will prove to be strong assets to the Southern team. Joe’s expertise is only heightened through his National Association Residential Property Management membership.
A Florida native, Casal is originally from Clearwater Beach. He attained his degree from the University of Florida and has resided amongst the sparkling green waters of the Emerald Coast since 1997. In his spare time, Joe can be found with his wife and three daughters.
