Thanksgiving Events in South Walton

If you live in a South Walton long term rental home, you’re in luck, especially if holiday football isn’t for you. There are a variety of great events going on near your home to keep you busy before the bird.

If you love to run, head over to Rosemary Beach for their 10K and 1 mile fun run taking place on Thanksgiving morning. The flat course takes you through the lovely landscape, past Camp Creek Lake and back. We thinking running a 10K gives you a great excuse to go back for seconds or grab that extra big piece of pie! The run/walk starts at 7:30am.

If running isn’t for you or you can’t make it, don’t worry. Scenic 30A has a wealth of events going on all weekend long. We recommend attending the wonderful tree lighting and merchant market in Rosemary Beach, or lighting up the town over in Seaside. If you are interested in an early visit with Santa, make your way to Baytowne Wharf for his arrival!
