First on the list of things to do and see in Alabama: Bellingrath Gardens. Just a short drive from the greater Mobile Bay area, this 65-acre public garden is unlike any other. Not only that, it is the historic home of Walter and Bessie Bellingrath, one of the first Coca-Cola bottlers in the Southeast.
When you’re finished there, head south towards to beautiful and world renowned beaches of the Alabama’s Gulf Coast. Orange Beach, Gulf Shores and Dauphin Island offers an eclectic mix of history and beauty worth seeing if you haven’t already.
